I know many women want to achieve a stylish wardrobe but not everyone wants to have a full wardrobe full of clothes. Now, I'm not a minimalist or would I even pretend to be, but I know many women do strive to be minimal, which is great. However, I've noticed that being minimal has translated to a frumpy, outdated, given up on life wardrobe. The purpose of this blog is to help maintain a feminine lifestyle and wardrobe no matter your style or circumstance. There are ways to have a minimal wardrobe that consist of pieces that you can dress up or down and dress around. If you truly desire to live a minimal life including having a minimal wardrobe that's great and it is very possible to do with these things to keep in mind.
Tops
When it comes to tops try to buy or keep tops that work for any occasion or can be dressed up or down. Keep basic pieces that can be worn almost anything and can be worn with multiple outfits. For instance, camisoles, solid-colored blouses, button downs, and try to add a printed top to give some of your outfits extra flare. Try not to over buy or buy the same item in multiple colors. Also try to buy colors that can go with almost anything. Don't forget sweaters for the colder months and you can also keep a limited number of sweaters throughout the seas. This also applies to blazers; you don't need multiple blazers or cardigans to achieve a certain style. To give you an idea on how to dress one top multiple way please check out my previous articles on how to dress one long sleeve tee and one navy blazer in multiple ways.

Bottoms
When it comes to bottoms the same rule of thumb applies. This applies whether your pants girls or a skirt girl (which I'm more of a skirts and dresses girl). Make sure to buy bottoms or keep bottoms that go with most of the clothes you're going to keep. Keep colors that will complement almost any shade. That way you won't feel the need to constantly buy new things especially of that is something you're trying to avoid. For an idea of how to dress one skirt in multiple ways check out one of my older articles.

Dresses
If you want to keep the dresses to a minimal, try to buy dresses that can easily be dressed up or down with simple accessories and shoes. Just in case you like to go out keep a nice dress in handy like a red dress or the infamous LBD, you cannot never go wrong with either. If you work in a very professional environment buy dresses that are work appropriate and work great for a night out. For example, a fitted but modest figure flattering dress, like a wrap dress or a bodycon dress.

Shoes
I gave a detailed guide in a previous article, "The Shoe Guide for The Non-Shoe Lover." This article is perfect for the woman that prefers a minimal wardrobe.

Accessories
I have also written articles on which accessories to own. However, that is entirely up to you if you wish to have accessories. Here are the links to my previous articles about accessories.

If you strive to keep a minimalist wardrobe but also strive to look stylish and put together these tips do come in handy and are very helpful. You'll be surprised how many outfits you'll be able to make with just a small wardrobe. That's what is great about fashion you don't have to go out of your way to look amazing all you need is a handful of items and carry yourself with confidence and dignity. Stay feminine and stylish.
